Do you know about the Fort Valley Area of Flagstaff?

Fort Valley is located off of Highway 180, near Mount Humphries, or our beloved SnowBowl.  Many of the homes in the Fort Valley area have magnificent views of the mountain.  Homes in Fort Valley are generally not governed by a Homeowner's Association and have been built from approximately the 1980s to the present.

A newer area of Fort Valley is the Wing Mountain Ranch Area.  Homes are governed by an HOA and are built from approximately 2000 to the present.
